Rydberg States

RydbergStateSQDT(species, n, *[, s_c, l_c, ...])	Create a Rydberg SQDT state, including the radial and angular states.
RydbergStateSQDTAlkali(species, n, *[, l, ...])	Create an Alkali Rydberg state, including the radial and angular states.
RydbergStateMQDT(species, coefficients, ...)
RydbergKet(angular, radial)	Create a Rydberg ket, i.e. a tensor product of a radial ket and an angular ket.
